In practice since January, 1989 as Proprietor in M/s Rao & Reddy up to 31.3.95.Had about 9 years experience in State Govt. Organizations of A P State Civil Supplies Corporation, A P State Construction Corporation, A P State Irrigation Development Corporation and Central Government PSU National Mineral Development Corporation. Over the years gained rich experience in the areas of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Statutory Branch Audit, Income and Expenditure Audit and Concurrent Audits of Banks and Taxation matters of Corporate and non-corporate assesses.

Karagani Nooka Raju is a Science Graduate and FCA and ACMA. He has worked as General Manager Finance and Accounts in A P Dairy Development Corporation a A.P State Government undertaking having a turnover of Rs 1000 Crores as a functional head of Finance and Accounts. Having rich experience in the functional areas of Finance Planning, Directing, Budgeting, costing, accounting, auditing, legal and other finance activities and Taxation matters.

Worked with Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited later on acquired by Coromondel International Limited (A Group company of Chennai based Muruguppa Group) having a turnover of more than Rs 1800 Crores as a functional head of Management Audit. Having rich experience in the functional areas of Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit and Management Audit.

Worked in Senior Positions of A P F D C an Andhra Pradesh State Government organization and National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) a Govt of India Public Enterprise for over 30 Years. Having rich experience in the functional areas of Finance and Accounts with core competencies in the areas of Financial Planning, Audit process, Cost reduction programs etc.
